Syllabus  - Read this syllabus thoroughly.

Areas of grading - points earned (possible points 100)

Daily Exercise Log Binder (white 3 ring binder, 1 inch or smaller) - Must be turned in by 8:00pm on July 24th to my office (On campus in Gordon Hall, Room 12).  Must include your Individual Weight Training Attendance Sheet and all Weight Training Exercise sheets (see below).  These should be placed in this binder and in order by date.  This is how you earn your Participation points and it must be completed.  If this is not completed you will not receive the points for participation on those days.

Individual Weight Training Attendance Sheet  - This should be the first sheet in your Daily Exercise Log Binder.  Make sure you have the required information completed each day that you workout and complete a Weight Training Exercise Sheet.  You can workout at the SARC on the Gordon State campus or your local facility.  You can not complete this at home.  You will need the signature of an employee of the facility each time you workout.

Weight Training Exercise Sheet  - Complete one of these for each day that you exercise.  Place these in your Daily Exercise Log binder to be turned in during the final exam.  If you do any cardio activity you need to write it down in the notes area on your Weight Training Exercise sheet.  Don't forget the date on each sheet.  It is your responsibility to print these for each day that you exercise for class.
