Reader Report 4: Creative Non-Fiction and the Human Condition

Creative non-fiction differs from fiction because it is purportedly about things that actually happen or happened. In between two and four fully developed paragraphs, compare and contrast how the essays by Orlean, Sacks, and Ballantine give us new insight into the condition of being human. Is there anything in common between their author’s understandings of the human condition? What different aspects of the human condition do they focus on?
